I should know. It does not matter what you did if this site is to tell stories and you published me once and no one cares, but then one of your lawyers knows about me or the person involved in my case personally, you should still continue to publish me. This is for misdemeanors and an arrest where there was not even a conviction.

“After four decades of mass incarceration and over-criminalization in the United States, as many as 1 in 3 Americans now have some type of criminal record, and nearly half of U.S. children now have a parent with a record.”

What are all these people to do. If this happens in your teens and 20’s, you still have like 50 to 60 years to live and you can’t get a job?

I guess you should buy a gun and blow your head off. You then don’t need money or a job and let everyone else run around like a chicken without it’s head.

So I make out with my girlfriend in public. Someone sees it, calls the cops and I het arrested for public lewdness (a misdemeanor) and I can’t get a job for there rest of my life? What about all the political protestors that get arrested? No jobs for them either. I peed in public, get arrested and I can no longer work? So I can hold up people and banks now for money right? No? Can I sell drugs then? No? Get a job? No? Kill people out of anger and no money? No? Should all people with misdemeanors just form one big gang and take money from wherever we want?
